Orders can be placed through our website order form, by email, or in person at our showroom. All orders are subject to acceptance by MOZ Furniture.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars. Prices are subject to change without notice. The price applicable to your order will be the price in effect at the time your order is accepted.
We deliver within the Chicago metropolitan area and surrounding suburbs within a 50-mile radius of our showroom. Deliveries outside this area may be arranged for an additional fee.
Delivery dates are estimated and subject to change due to unforeseen circumstances. We will provide advance notice of any delivery delays.
Our white glove delivery service includes careful transport, in-home placement, basic assembly, and removal of packaging materials. Additional assembly or installation services may incur extra charges.
Upon delivery, you must inspect the furniture for any visible damage. Any damage must be noted on the delivery receipt at the time of delivery. Claims for damage not noted at delivery may not be honored.
MOZ Furniture warrants that all custom furniture will be free from defects in workmanship and materials under normal use for the warranty period specified in your service package:
Due to the personalized nature of custom furniture, all sales of custom pieces are final. Custom orders cannot be returned or exchanged unless there is a defect covered by our warranty.
For non-custom stock items, returns may be accepted within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is in original condition. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Approved refunds will be processed within 14 business days using the original payment method.

Any dispute arising from these Terms or our services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good faith negotiation. If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in Chicago, Illinois, in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
